Storage

Keep refrigerated 0-5C. Consume within the use by date. Once pack is opened use on the same day. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use. Do not re-freeze once defrosted.


Preparation and Usage

For perfectly cooked lamb, our head chef recommends:


Pan Fry


Liver: From Chilled. Cut into 1cm thick slices and season. Fry in hot oil on a moderate heat for 2 minutes on each side until browned. Serve immediately.


Wash hands, knives and surfaces thoroughly before and after preparing raw meat.
