Storage
Keep refrigerated 0-5C. Consume within the use by date. Once pack is opened use on the same day. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use. Do not re-freeze once defrosted.
Preparation and Usage
For perfectly cooked, juicy sausages our head chef recommends:

To Fry or Griddle:
Cook with a little oil on a medium heat for 4-6 minutes, turning regularly until a nice golden brown colour all over. Place in a preheated oven at 180C (160C fan)/Gas mk 4 for approximately 8-10 minutes until cooked through with no pink meat in the middle and enjoy.

To Grill:
Cook with a little oil under a medium preheated grill for 10-12 minutes, turning regularly until a nice golden brown colour all over and cooked through with no pink meat in the middle and enjoy.

Wash hands, knives and surfaces thoroughly before and after preparing raw meat.
