Award- winning organic Hot Dogs, part cooked and lightly smoked. - Moist and meaty, with texture, flavour, bite and character, slightly smoked and completely different from any other hot dogs on the market. Frankfurter in style but nothing like the mass produced rubbish usually associated to them.- Made in the UK using UK organic pork. The winning combination of organic, British farming and now with expert, British curing keeps the rich, meaty flavour. We are also working to remove the small amount of nitrate curing salt used in the recipe.- Made from outdoor bred, free range pigs with the highest welfare standards. Slowly grown to develop a wonderful flavour. Living their best lives outdoors all the time. They then undergo a withdrawal period before they can be used for meat to ensure they never get into the human food chain. Storage

Keep refrigerated below 5oC. Once opened use within 24hrs. If freezing, freeze on day of purchase and consumer within three months. Do not refreeze after thawing.





Preparation and Usage


Simmer in very hot water or grill/ fry for 5 minutes until piping hot. Grill using a pre-heated medium grill or fry with 10ml oil, turning once. From frozen allow 12 minutes.
Serving suggestion- Cider Glazed Hot Dogs:
-Place shallots in an ovenproof dish, sprinkle with water and roast.
-Put the cider, honey and mustard in a small saucepan and simmer.
- Put the hot dogs in a roasting tin and coat with half the glaze and put back into the oven to cook for a further 5 minutes.
- Squeeze the cooked shallots out of their skins, roughly chop, then stir in with the hot dogs.
-Brush the hot dogs with the rest of the cider-glaze, then return to the oven for 5 minutes until everything is golden brown and sticky.
-Put the ciabatta in the oven for 5 minutes then spoon the hot dogs and some shallots onto each warmed ciabatta and serve.
