This product is ready to eat without cooking. Remove from the pack five minutes before serving to release the full flavour of our Loch Fyne Bradan Orach Smoked Salmon: distinctive, smoky and intense. If you appreciate the gentle smokiness and depth of flavour of traditional smoked Scottish salmon you will love Bradan Orach. Delicious served with lemon wedges, dips and garnishes.

To serve at its best remove from the fridge, take out of packaging and place on a dish for about ten minutes before serving. Delicious served hot or cold
