Made with Palomino grapes and aged in American oak barrels at Williams & Humbert in Jerez, by cellar master Paola Medina Sheldon. This distinctive Spanish wine pairs well with fruit salad, crme caramel and cheeses. Best enjoyed well chilled within a two weeks of opening and a year of purchase.
