Preparation and Usage
Instructions
Remove all packaging. Place on a lightly oiled baking tray in the centre of the oven to cook.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. 10-12 mins. Heat 15ml of oil in a pan. Once oil is hot add the fillets to the pan skin side down and reduce heat to medium. Turn occasionally during cooking, Ensure food is piping hot before serving.Package Type

Please look after this product: keep refrigerated. Once opened use within 24 hours and do not exceed the use by date. Suitable for home freezing. For best quality, freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always within the use by date. Keep in the freezer below -18oC and consumer within 1 month. Once defrosted, use the same day. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
