Oven cook - From Chilled. This product contains raw fish and must be cooked according to the instructions. Remove all packaging. 190C / Fan 170C / Gas 5 18-23 mins. Preheat oven. Loosely wrap fillet in lightly oiled foil to form a parcel. Place on a baking tray on middle shelf of oven. All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Take care when opening parcel as steam may escape.

This product was previously frozen and has been restored to chill temperature under carefully controlled conditions. It is still suitable for home freezing.
Freeze before the use by date and use within three months.
Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before cooking and use within one day.
